They request that Arlington attendees send them 2 or 3 photos of yourselves or your buddies and/or shipboard activity. They will take the photos and create a video (set to music) dedicated to Arlington and her crew. This video will be shown during the performance. After the show, we will be able to purchase this video for only the cost of creating the CD, $5.00 each. The photos should be sent 30-45 days in advance and emailed to: twpiano2@suddenlink.net or just4jeanna@yahoo.com.

Fri, Oct 8th, 7:00 pm:  The Association meeting is expected to take longer than usual, not only because Mike Ferderer will probably have AO information to disseminate, but we will be having elections for Skipper, Reunion Coordinator and any other position to be vacated. A site for the 2011 Reunion must also be chosen, so it will be a full slate. Therefore the Association meeting will be held after the Hit’s of the 60’s show. Ships Store. Caps, cups and patches will be available for sale.

Registration Fee: Souvenirs from past reunions will be used for this years souvenirs. They will be displayed for “take anything and as many as you want”. Since they usually run around $5.00 ea  when purchased in bulk numbers, the Registration fee will be lowered to $20.00 to compensate. This is being done because the ships store inventory is growing steadily, with hardly any purchases. Storage space is limited, and reunion attendees habits of waiting until the last minute to register make it nearly impossible to estimate the number of souvenirs needed in order to prevent purchasing too many or too few.
